Curious about activities for kids at Story Marathon?
Story Box will be at the event between 10am and 2pm.
Story Box is a 30-minute expressive story telling and drama class using puppets, props and pictures, followed by structured activities to encourage basic child development. Each session offers a platform for young children to express themselves creatively through the art of song, dance, movement and play, in an exciting and educational manor. Activities include stories, music, movement and play (Speech and Drama Therapy Sessions)
Other children’s activities include readings from storybooks donated by Smartline Publishers and Golden Baobab, Drama Workshops by the Helen O’Grady Academy, plays written and performed by students of La Bawaleshie Primary School and lots of games!
